SeeWord allows to graphically depict the frequencies of a number of randomly selected, potentially overlapping words obtained from the source sequence in both the source and the target sequences. The output is shown as two-dimensional Cartesian coordinates. The size of this output is chosen by the user. A regression line and the Pearson correlation coefficient of the sequences are also calculated.
